As a first-time MoFo-er, this was a fun and challenging month. (And expensive at times; next time I’ll pick fewer recipes that ask for a lot of ingredients I don’t already have on hand.) It really made me step out of my comfort zone on some foods, but they all turned out great! I encourage you to either participate one year, or even just try a couple of the prompted challenges.
